Digital Products & Online Programs

All purchases of digital products, online courses, trainings, downloadable materials, and virtual programs are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Because access is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once content has been delivered.

Memberships & Subscriptions

If you are enrolled in a recurring membership or subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date.

• Cancellation prevents future charges
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Live Events, Retreats & In-Person Experiences

Refund and cancellation terms for live or in-person events will be clearly stated on the individual event registration page.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Event registrations are non-refundable
• Tickets may be transferable with written approval from Freedom Founders

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Freedom Founders. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
